UI/UX設(shè)計(jì)主管
1.4-1.8萬元/月崗位職責(zé)
1.負(fù)責(zé)美業(yè)、零售、官網(wǎng)、APP及海外項(xiàng)目等業(yè)務(wù)線全流程設(shè)計(jì),涵蓋用戶研究、場(chǎng)景梳理、信息架構(gòu)、交互流程及高保真原型設(shè)計(jì);
2.協(xié)同產(chǎn)品、研發(fā)及海外團(tuán)隊(duì),將業(yè)務(wù)需求轉(zhuǎn)化為可落地的界面與交互方案,確保設(shè)計(jì)交付的準(zhǔn)確性與時(shí)效性;
3.負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)管理與指導(dǎo),統(tǒng)籌任務(wù)分配、設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)審及質(zhì)量把控,提升團(tuán)隊(duì)整體設(shè)計(jì)效率與產(chǎn)出質(zhì)量;
4.制定并持續(xù)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范與流程(組件庫(kù)、色彩/字體體系、交互標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、多語言適配),確保跨業(yè)務(wù)線設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格統(tǒng)一與可復(fù)用性;
5.推動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)方法論與流程落地(如DesignThinking、雙鉆模型、UCD、可用性測(cè)試),提升團(tuán)隊(duì)設(shè)計(jì)決策的科學(xué)性與一致性;
6.組織用戶研究與可用性測(cè)試,基于用戶反饋與業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)(轉(zhuǎn)化率、留存率、路徑分析)持續(xù)優(yōu)化用戶體驗(yàn),每年至少主導(dǎo)1項(xiàng)核心體驗(yàn)升級(jí)項(xiàng)目;
7.跟蹤行業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)趨勢(shì)與前沿理念,引導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)開展創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)探索并推動(dòng)落地。
任職要求
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷,視覺傳達(dá)、交互設(shè)計(jì)、用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)等相關(guān)專業(yè);
2.5年以上UI/UX設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn),至少2年團(tuán)隊(duì)管理或項(xiàng)目主導(dǎo)經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3.具備美業(yè)、零售、企業(yè)級(jí)管理系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉B端+C端產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)邏輯;
4.熟悉設(shè)計(jì)流程與方法論(如用戶旅程地圖、人物畫像、信息架構(gòu)、原型迭代、啟發(fā)式評(píng)估);
5.掌握設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范制定與組件庫(kù)建設(shè)能力,具備推動(dòng)跨業(yè)務(wù)線統(tǒng)一設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的經(jīng)驗(yàn);
6.具備海外項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn),了解多語言適配與跨文化體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn);
7.具備良好的跨部門溝通、團(tuán)隊(duì)培養(yǎng)及管理能力,可推動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)方案高效落地;
8.熟練使用Figma、Sketch、Axure、AdobeXD等設(shè)計(jì)工具,能指導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)交付完整設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)物。
9.英語聽說讀寫流利,可直接對(duì)接海外團(tuán)隊(duì)與客戶,抗壓能力強(qiáng),適應(yīng)高節(jié)奏迭代。

JobResponsibilities
1.Leadend-to-enddesignacrossbusinesslinesincludingbeauty,retail,officialwebsite,APP,andoverseasprojects,coveringuserresearch,scenariomapping,informationarchitecture,interactionflows,andhigh-fidelityprototyping.
2.Collaboratewithproduct,development,andoverseasteamstotranslatebusinessrequirementsintoactionableinterfaceandinteractionsolutions,ensuringaccuracyandtimelydeliveryofdesigns.
3.Manageandguidethedesignteam,overseetaskallocation,designreviews,andqualitycontroltoenhanceoverallteamefficiencyandoutputquality.
4.Establishandcontinuouslyoptimizedesignstandardsandprocesses(componentlibraries,color/fontsystems,interactionstandards,multilingualadaptation)toensureconsistencyandreusabilityacrossbusinesslines.
5.Promotetheadoptionofdesignmethodologiesandprocesses(e.g.,DesignThinking,DoubleDiamond,UCD,usabilitytesting)toimprovethescientificbasisandconsistencyofdesigndecisions.
6.Conductuserresearchandusabilitytesting,continuouslyoptimizinguserexperiencebasedonfeedbackandbusinessdata(conversionrates,retentionrates,pathanalysis),andleadatleastonecoreexperienceupgradeprojectannually.
7.Trackindustrydesigntrendsandcutting-edgeconcepts,guidetheteamininnovativedesignexploration,anddriveimplementation.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor’sdegreeoraboveinVisualCommunication,InteractionDesign,UserExperienceDesign,orrelatedfields.
2.5+yearsofUI/UXdesignexperience,withatleast2yearsinteammanagementorprojectleadership.
3.Experienceinbeauty,retail,orenterprisemanagementsystemprojects;familiarwithbothB-endandC-endproductdesignlogic.
4.Proficientindesignprocessesandmethodologies(e.g.,userjourneymapping,personas,informationarchitecture,prototypeiteration,heuristicevaluation).
